Winifred Mawudeku holds an Executive Secretary’s Diploma from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examining Board, a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Business Administration from the Centre of Excellence, Greenhill College of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and Master in (MSc) International Management from Exeter University, England.
Winifred has a total of 18 years working experience in the Energy Sector of Ghana having worked with the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation. Prior to these positions, Winifred worked with Merchant Company of West Africa (MECOWA), Arthur Energy Advisors (AEA) and Ghana Energy Commission (EC) and has over eighteen years working experience in.
From Secretarial, Human Resource Management and Administration, Winifred has rich experience in various sectors respectively, working with senior managers in government and private sector and has been involved in decision-making, committee activities and divisional work, and Project Management. She has spent most of her working life in the energy sector and also worked Executive Director of ZEPTA Ghana Ltd, an Energy Consultancy, Project Management and Business Development Consulting and Advisory services firm based in Accra, Ghana.
